A 50euro booking fee is required to secure your booking for Saturday clinics. This will be taken off the cost of your consultation.
 
Cancellation within 48 hours notice - full deposit will be refunded. 
Less than 24 hours notice- full deposit will be kept and you may also be charged for the full cancellation cost. 
 
As I only have one Saturday clinic per month, I always have a waiting list of people who would like an apointment. Last minute cancellations not only cost me money but it also means that it is unlikely that I will be able to give your appointment to someone else who needs it. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule.
