About Aisling
When I was growing up, my Mum had recently left her full time job as a Nurse to open her own Herbal medicine and Naturopathic Clinic. This meant that nutrition wasn't just something I learned about when I began my studies- it's something that I have been brought up with right from the very beginning.

I managed our clinic, Breath of Life , for many years and saw first-hand how much of an impact nutrition and simple lifestyle changes can have on health. So, in 2012 I began my own studies and I am now a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. ( And hopefully future Herblist on the cards)

I get it- Nutrition and keeping healthy is not easy and can often be a bit over whelming. My goal is to take all of the confusion away. I like to keep things SIMPLE! You don’t need to spend hundreds on fancy supplements or super foods. You just need to figure out what,“The missing piece of the puzzle” is. It's often the smallest changes that make the biggest impact- And it's my job to help you do exactly that!

I work in Breath of Clinic along side my mum, Roisin O'Kelly. With over 30 years experience between us- there is very little that we haven't treated or been able to help. Our goal is to improve people's quaility of life through nutriton, herbal medicine and simple lifestyle changes.
